Abstract

The number of informal sellers posted on the access road to the La Joya Urbanization has increased in recent months, due to the demand for products from the residents of the different stages of this urbanization; as well as the inhabitants of the stages of Villas del Rey, Villa Club and others. These product offerings have been established as an immediate solution for those people who want to buy food products (especially) without having to get out of their vehicle, however, not all of this type of informal commerce is well regarded; because there is no adequate way to market the products (the vehicles of the purchasers are not parked correctly, causing columns to be formed that impede the flow of vehicles). The proposed Construction of a Quick Shopping Whereabouts, as a Solution for the Relocation of the Informal Sellers that are stationed at the entrance to the La Joya Urbanization in the Daule canton, seeks to expose the creation of a whereabouts to relocate those informal traders, in a physical space where they can be established and can meet the demand of the residents in a place that does not hinder the transit and thus also avoid commenting on municipal infractions. It is proposed to carry out a census of the current bidders in order to organize the stands available for the purpose.
