Análisis financiero al plan operativo anual de la unidad de negocio seguro social campesino IESS de la provincia de Manabí, periodo 2014.

Abstract

The main objective of this research work is to analyze financially the Annual Operative Plan of the Peasant Social Insurance Business Unit of the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute. In order to comply with the objectives, the descriptive, analytical and explanatory methodology based on the historical documentation was implemented, describing the nature of the Farmers Social Security organization, what it is, how it works, what elements integrate it and how it should be Organize. Likewise, the activities, programs, projects and financial resources reflected in the budget balance that were immersed in the elaboration of the Annual Operating Plan are exposed. The results obtained indicate that the projects, plans and programs are not being planned and executed at 100% in accordance with the requirements of the operational and administrative units. Concluding that the Provincial Subdirectorate of Manabí Farmer Social Security is limited in its actions by the same institutional policies issued by the Board of Directors of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security.
