Abstract

The present work contains the proposal of the development of an Academic Services Building. Supply cellars and General winery for the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil where an analysis and diagnosis of the equipments is made as well as the pedestrian and vehicular flows. Creating a set of spaces where students can perform different academic and cultural activities from that the building is designed with the conditioning factors such as sun, wind and weather. Respecting the regulations established by the Organic Building Code and the Benemérito Fire Department of Guayaquil. Its shape corresponds to a contemporary style to integrate with the buildings built within the campus. The classrooms are designed and thought about the flexibility of the same and have the ability to merge, in addition to being equipped with an artificial air conditioning system and to be able to regulate the passage of sunlight through louvers.
