Análisis de rentabilidad de modelos de negocios dedicados al desarrollo de sitios web en la zona norte de Guayaquil.

Abstract

This thesis project is based on the analysis of profitability of models of business engaged in the development of Web Sites in the North of the city of Guayaquil, that despite technological advances, they have become a fundamental point for companies, since having a web site of your business, could help increase sales, to publicize your business, etc. However, the problem is thatmany of these business models do not perform a thorough prior analysis, to determine the conditions in which the market is located and thus be able to take the necessary precautions, to not suffer losses or the total shutdown of the company. This project presents a proposal that focuses on new entrepreneurs that wish to enter the market with this business model to compete with developers of web sites that already exist in the market. The approach to be used for this research is mixed, so both qualitative and quantitative data will be linked within the same research. Within the quantitative approach, the collection of numerical tests is carried out through surveys, to users and for the focus qualitative interviews will be made to administrative staff of the analyzed business models, the descriptive method will be used, which will detail the characteristics of the implementation of a profitability analysis for the existing business models and in turn for the new entrepreneurs in the scope of the web. Based on this analysis of profitability, it is recommended to establish as the main objective of the business, the generation of recurring income, the constant training of the staff, the diversification of its portfolio of services and the constant offer of a first level service to all its customers, thus achieving the loyalty of them, generating a greater number of revenues, which will mean a greater profit margin.
