Abstract

The current follow-up process to repeat students enrolling in the Computation and Computer Systems career at the Engineering Faculty of the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil is done manually, using printed sheets that are then entered by the teacher. by one to achieve tabulate them. This process lacks a technological tool to reduce the time it takes the manager to enter the surveys to generate their report, in addition to reducing the use of paper that should be printed during the current process. Given the needs raised, this case study seeks to create a web system that allows, on the one hand, the teacher to generate the surveys and on the other the students to answer them. All this to generate valuable information that allows the teacher to provide the necessary help to students who require it. In the proposed solution, software development tools have been used and the necessary infrastructure for its operation has been implemented.
