Desarrollo e implementación de un sistema web para la gestión y control de memorándums en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Durán.

Abstract

The main objective of this document was to automate and improve the processes of management, making, and delivery of memorandums of the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Durán, with the goal to reduce the times and improve the experience of the workers while they can better in a more efficient way. To bring about the system development, it was used information recollection techniques and there were design patterns applied to conceptualize the system’s problematic. Thanks to the use of design patterns was possible develop a more robust solution focused in the business logic In this work it is explained the analysis of the implementations’ decisions that were applied to resolve the system’s problematic in a better way following the guidelines of the legal base in which the GADMC Durán is governed.
