Propuesta de auto-sostenibilidad para un modelo de gestión de la Federación Deportiva Nacional del Ecuador.

Abstract

This academic work seeks to achieve a new form of financing for the National Sports Federation of Ecuador FEDENADOR, through the generation of private resources through institutional self-management, according to the powers granted by the Sports, Physical Education and Sports Law. Recreation and its statutes. An analysis of the current situation of the institution and through an exploratory investigation determine the profile of consumers to obtain monetary resources of selfmanagement, this initiative is born as FEDENADOR a sports body under private law with social and public purpose, financed By the Central Government through the Ministry of Sport, but this financing has declined since 2015 due to cuts in the General State Budget. At the end of what is proposed in this academic paper, the viability of the project is determined, as it is profitable for the private and sustainable investor for the National Sports Federation of Ecuador, which is reflected in a greater institutional management since it does not depend on financial matters of the Ministry Of Sport and Central Government.
