| dc.description | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Durán actualmente se encuentra iniciando programas y proyectos de emprendimiento e innovación, de aquí parte la idea de proponer un Parque Biblioteca como espacio de intercambio de actividades culturas y recreativas. El presente trabajo de titulación está basado en el diseño desde el punto de investigación con una metodología de reconocimiento del sitio, registro fotográfico y análisis de las condicionantes hasta la elaboración de planos e imágenes finales del proyecto. La relación de un parque con una edificación le da una importancia mayor al espacio público y a como este se ha ido convirtiendo en protagonista. A partir de esta premisa se fue definiendo estrategias de diseño que permitieron llegar a un concepto claro que está basado en la relación del usuario con el parque, con actividades al exterior y del usuario con la biblioteca que promuevan el aprendizaje e intercambio de actividades, generando así una dinámica que beneficie al sector a intervenir y a los habitantes del cantón. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Duran canton is currently initiating programs and projects of entrepreneurship and innovation, hence the idea of proposing a Library Park as a space for the exchange of cultural and recreational activities. The present titration work is based on the design from the point of view of the research with a methodology of recognition of the site, the photographic record and the analysis of the conditions until the elaboration of plans and final images of the project. The relationship of a park with a building gives greater importance to the public space and this has become the protagonist. Based on these premises, design strategies were defined that allowed to reach a clear concept that is based on the relationship of the user with the park, with outdoor activities and the user with the library that promoted the learning and exchange of activities, generating thus a dynamic that benefits the sector to intervene and the inhabitants of the canton. | en_US |
