Abstract

During the last years, significant changes have arisen in the educational field, it is evidenced in the new pedagogical tendencies. It is essential that the architec-ture is constantly updated with these changes, and put into practice the impor-tance of the configuration of the space, because it directly affects the user. The project of Technological and Educational Center for students, athletes and teachers, recognizes a series of elements: the needs of the target population, conditioners of the territory, duality / flexibility of use of the classrooms, spaces that generate resources and the accessibility. In addition, it includes the require-ments of a technology center. The project not only recognizes the number of users or area of the spaces that must conceive, but also the program and activi-ties that will be carried out.
