| Résumé: | The purpose of this project is to create a company that offers logistics services for tire importers and the transportation companies in Guayaquil with the ultimate objective of creating a logistics network that meets the needs of the importers. In order to achieve this, a business plan was developed in which the benefits to the tire importers were identified. By interviewing various importers in Guayaquil a market study was carried out which identified the importers’ needs in the services they currently receive. In addition a study was initiated to find the best system that would provide and guarantee all the processes that would be required. With that end, a cost analysis was done, the results of which determined the longterm sustainablity and profitiability of the project. As a result, we have created LOGILLANTA Cía. Ltda. which will benefit both the importers and transportation companies alike by offering real time logistics services using the latest technology. |
| Description: | El objetivo del proyecto es crear una compañía que brinde el servicio de intermediación logística entre los importadores de neumáticos y las compañías de transportes ubicados en la ciudad de Guayaquil, con la finalidad de crear una red de logística de transporte que cubra las necesidades de los importadores. Elaboramos un plan de negocios, en el cual se analizaron los beneficios que obtendrán los importadores de llantas. Mediante estudio de mercado a varias importadoras ubicadas en la ciudad de Guayaquil, se constató que el servicio de intermediación logística cubriría las necesidades de los importadores. En este estudio hemos incluido un sistema que consideramos adecuado, dado que permite la correcta aplicación de todos los procesos del proyecto, así como un análisis financiero, evidenciando la sostenibilidad y rentabilidad del proyecto a largo plazo. LOGILLANTA Cía. Ltda. Brindará el servicio de intermediación logística que beneficiará tanto a los importadores como a las compañías de transportes ubicadas en la ciudad de Guayaquil. |
