Abstract

The present dissertation proposes an architectural solution for the Technological Educational for Fedeguayas sports talents which consists of two parts: Educational Unit and Technological Center, both in the same building located in the campus of FEDEGUAYAS at Kennedy Avenue and De las Americas Avenue. The Educational Unit is for federated athletes from 8 to 17 years old and the Technological Center for people in general with the only requirement being high school graduates (17 years onwards). The architectural project will have spaces that integrate education, recreation and culture activities, in which the students can also develop the different sports given in the FEDEGUAYAS instalations. Its shape breaks the irregularity of the terrain through modulation which at the same time allows the development of the spaces effectively. The spaces are zoned according with their function, because some spaces are shared between the students of basic education and the technological students, who have their classes activities in the morning and afternoon respectively.
