Simplificación e integración de información en el área de estadística del Hospital León Becerra de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The purpose of this titling work was to design a client-server computer solution that allows the integration and simplification of the information that comes from the hospital's own operations, based on The design of data reports that are fed from the Administrative Records System Majoma Management. In order to achieve this objective, a documentary survey was carried out to identify the processes that add and do not add value and / or induce the accumulation of roles and delays in the management of basic information for management decision-making and government agencies. Once the system was designed an d implemented, it was possible to verify the ease of establishing the necessary controls through the data that are shown through the statistical reports of beds and hospital discharges issued by the Institute of Statistics and Censuses of Ecuador (INEC). Daily Censuses of Hospital Beds and Hospitalized Patients (CDCP), and the Automated Daily Records of Ambulatory Care and Consultations (RDAC AA).
