| dc.description | Through this project we can demonstrate that in Ecuador there still are a lot of unknown places, but we can make a good use of them to practice different types of tourism. The main purpose of this study is to know the feasibility that the implement of an inn located in Guachapala in Azuay province would have, that will contribute to the tourism growth in this part of the country. Mainly, the tourist attractions that can be offered were identified, and then trough a survey the opinion and preferences of the target were shown. Also, two interviews to different tour operators of Cuenca were necessary to know if they were interested to put the inn as one of the options they offer to the tourists. We also made a technical study of the in hotel to include all the facilities to satisfy all the guests’ expectations during their stay. Besides, the creation of this inn will increase job opportunities and will promote the tourism in our country. The marketing mix will be used for the promotion of the inn, through a billboard that will be located at the exit of Cuenca and at the entry of Guachapala. Also, there will be leaflets at the bus terminal and the airport. Finally, it was important to make a economic - financial study and determine the social, economic and environmental impacts. | en_US |
| dc.description | Mediante este proyecto se puede demostrar que en Ecuador aún hay muchos lugares que no son tan conocidos, pero que se pueden aprovechar para realizar turismo de diferentes tipos. El propósito de este estudio es conocer la viabilidad que tendría la implementación de una hostería en el Cantón Guachapala en la Provincia del Azuay que aportará al desarrollo turístico en esta parte del país. Principalmente se logró identificar los atractivos turísticos que se pueden ofrecer a los turistas y por medio de una encuesta se llegó a conocer la opinión y preferencias del mercado objetivo. También se realizaron entrevistas a dos operadores turísticos de la ciudad de Cuenca para conocer si estarían dispuestas a integrar la hostería en alguno de los recorridos. Se realizó un estudio técnico de la hostería para poder incluir todas las facilidades para que los huéspedes puedan tener una estadía que satisfaga todas sus expectativas. La creación de esta hostería ayudará a que haya nuevas plazas de trabajo disponibles y aparte fomentará el turismo interno en la provincia y a nivel nacional. En la promoción de la hostería se utilizará estrategia de marketing mix, por medio de valla publicitaria a la salida de la Ciudad de Cuenca y a la entrada del cantón Guachapala, así como el uso de trípticos y folletos en el terminal terrestre y aeropuerto de la Ciudad de Cuenca. Finalmente, se realizó el estudio de la factibilidad económica – financiera y se determinó el impacto social, económico y ambiental de este proyecto. | en_US |
