| dc.description | La presente investigación se efectuó, con la finalidad de poder analizar la pertinencia de la inclusión de la rendición de cuentas de la pensión alimenticia en el Código Orgánico de la Niñez y Adolescencia, para ello se demostraron las ventajas de esta institución, así como también se efectuó un análisis de derecho comparado para determinar los efectos positivos de esta institución en otros ordenamientos jurídicos, a los efectos de poder determinar si sería viable o no incluir esta institución. La investigación demostró la necesidad de incluir la figura de la rendición de cuentas en el ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano, a los efectos de garantizar tanto el interés superior del niño y del adolescente, como también su desarrollo integral. Por tal motivo se efectuó una propuesta a los efectos que la Asamblea Nacional en futuros modificaciones de este Código en donde incluya la figura de la rendición de cuentas a la pensión alimenticia. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted to analyze the relevance of including accountability for child support in the Organic Code on Children and Adolescents. To this end, the advantages of this institution were demonstrated. A comparative law analysis was also conducted to determine the positive effects of this institution on other legal systems, in order to determine whether or not it would be feasible to include this institution in the Organic Code on Children and Adolescents. The research demonstrated the need to include accountability in the Ecuadorian legal system to guarantee both the best interests of children and adolescents and their comprehensive development. For this reason, a proposal was made to request that the National Assembly include accountability for child support in future amendments to the Organic Code on Children and Adolescents. | en_US |
