La Ley simbólica y su relación con la delincuencia juvenil en el contexto de la época posmoderna.

Abstract

This research was based on the relation between the symbolic law and juvenile delinquency in the context of the postmodern era. For the data collection, literature review, documents review and semi-structured interviews to professionals in the area of Clinical Psychology with experience in work with youth offenders were implemented. The development of this work explores in depth and reflects on the function of the symbolic law, the subjective structuring of the adolescence and the psychic challenges inherent to the postmodern era. The objective was to analyze the relation between the symbolic law and juvenile delinquency through a qualitative study that allows to acknowledge the aforementioned variables and subsequently consider a future investigation on the clinical practice with youth offenders. Therefore, based on the investigated and collected from the interviews to professionals, it was concluded that the adolescents find themselves confronted to respond to the new and unexpected from this structural moment, without the resources to support them, in a voracity of the act that does not goes through the Other.
