Factores que influyen en la deserción educativa de adolescentes desde la perspectiva de docentes y equipo DECE de una unidad educativa pública intercultural bilingüe ubicada en la parroquia Pompeya durante el periodo académico 2023-2024.

Abstract

According to the author Zevallos (2023), if school dropouts are not regulated, it is one of the main reasons that social crises will spread further in the world, since poverty rates will not improve, rights will not be enjoyed, humanity will not acquire better knowledge and skills to face life's challenges. It is mentioned in the country that there are 3% fewer students enrolled for 2023, as well as 4.1% of children and adolescents who have abandoned their studies. In the first reading, readers will be able to have the problem station, in addition to this in the subchapter of the first chapter they already find the objectives and research questions already structured which emerge from the research problem. For the second chapter, the theoretical framework and conceptual reference are structured as input to the research objectives. The third chapter: methodological table, allowed me to present the research approach, level and method and in an academically explanatory manner how it would contribute to the elaboration of the results, chapter 5: conclusions and recommendations, the basis of the findings in the results of chapter 4.
