Repercusión de la dinámica familiar disfuncional en el desarrollo de las habilidades sociales del adolescente.

Abstract

Adolescence is a stage of construction, which is protected by patterns inherited from parents to children or members that make up that home. The first society is the family nucleus, where the construction of the child's identity begins, which will later be established in adolescence. For this reason, the objective of this research work was to analyze the impact of dysfunctional family dynamics on the development of adolescent social skills through a mixed approach where qualitative and quantitative aspects allowed for said impact. Descriptive statistics and analysis of indicators of a projective test were used. The result was that there are difficulties and shortcomings within a dysfunctional family dynamic that directly affects the cohesion and adaptability within the family system and has an impact on the adolescent's social skills. The combination of observation and graphic analysis has highlighted not only the difficulties of some participants in the development of their social skills, but also the potential they have to overcome them with adequate support.
