Vivienda rural sostenible bajo el concepto de una eco-aldea en Posorja, Ecuador.

Abstract

The present project consists of a proposal for sustainable rural housing under the concept of eco-village, in which the criteria and parameters obtained according to the conceptual, contextual and typological analyses of eco-village and rural housing are set out, with the aim of designing an adequate, integral, self-sufficient space with sustainable characteristics, allowing the conception of a new way of life and housing in the Posorja parish. In addition, the situation of the place where it will be developed is taken into account in order to determine; needs and problems to be solved and strengths and activities that favor the sector, to integrate them by creating a living and functional space for the user and their context. It is planned to develop a model that presents various types of housing, which can be implemented in a housing complex within 15 hectares, taking into account green areas, native vegetation, economic activities, proximity and equipment necessary for the proper development of the community.
