dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de investigación aborda la necesidad de implementar herramientas tecnológicas innovadoras en el contexto educativo actual, específicamente enfocándose en la creación y utilización de podcasts como recurso didáctico para docentes de Décimo Año de Educación General Básica. La investigación surge como respuesta a los desafíos contemporáneos en la educación y la creciente demanda de recursos digitales que faciliten el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron que el 85% de los docentes participantes manifestó un alto interés en incorporar podcasts en su práctica docente, mientras que un 72% identificó la falta de capacitación técnica como principal barrera para su implementación.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research addresses the need to implement innovative technological tools in the current educational context, specifically focusing on the creation and use of podcasts as a didactic resource for teachers of Tenth Year of Basic General Education. The research emerges as a response to contemporary challenges in education and the growing demand for digital resources that facilitate the teaching-learning process. The results showed that 85% of participating teachers expressed high interest in incorporating podcasts into their teaching practice, while 72% identified lack of technical training as the main barrier to implementation.en_US
