Evaluación del nivel de satisfacción de los beneficiarios del proyecto de vinculación cuidado responsable del semestre B-2024.

Abstract

The “Responsible Care” community outreach project was carried out with the aim of contributing to the well-being of the Guayaquil community in Ecuador. To achieve this, a study was conducted through surveys applied to 110 beneficiaries in three sectors of the city, the University Community, and 6 community practice tutors. The results indicated a high overall satisfaction level among the surveyed beneficiaries, showing a satisfaction rate of 95.55 %. Additionally, most of the tutors also reported being satisfied with the experience, with 66.67 % indicating they were Very Satisfied and 33.33 % Satisfied. Furthermore, the implementation of a continuous evaluation system is suggested to ensure the quality and effectiveness of future projects. This approach will strengthen students' skills and guarantee a positive and lasting impact on the community.
