El adolescente sicario : la síntesis de múltiples carencias. Una lectura psicológica, psicoanalítica y socio-jurídica de la problemática.

Abstract

In the development of the research work, it was possible to verify the adolescent hired killer and his construction as a synthesis of multiple deficiencies, among them: psychological, political and social, of which a notorious increase is proposed with respect to the violence accentuated by the new referents of the globalized era. Therefore, it is considered that in the face of the evident wave of violence facing Ecuador, this research project proposes as an objective to analyze the incidences of the weak symbolic functions put to test in puberty, the idealization of violence and the decadence of the state in the construction of the adolescent hired killer, by means of a psychological, psychoanalytic and socio-legal reading, in order to reflect on the factors that sustain its increase. The main method of study was descriptive under the comparative synthesis of the results collected in the interviews to professionals and the analysis of the grounded theory on the problem. Among the results obtained, it was found that in the construction of the adolescent hired killer, the influence of decadent or deprived parental symbolic functions is involved, as well as the influence of a glorification of violence that has captured the attention of the youngest nowadays, from ways such as capitalism and consumerism. To conclude, the decadence of the state is added as a variable that takes part in the social problem. Which allows us to conclude that the construction of the adolescent hired killer becomes the effect of multiple deficiencies in different stages, from childhood to adulthood.
