| dc.description | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar y evaluar la accesibilidad para personas con capacidad reducida en el Hotel del Parque y proponer un plan de mejoras para el segmento de adultos mayores, mediante la fundamentación teórica y referencial el cual permite identificar el instrumento de medición adecuado para la investigación; así como el poder diagnosticar el estado actual de la accesibilidad. Con la adecuada guía del Ministerio de Turismo, Conadis, Organización Mundial de la Salud, que permite conocer y comprender la dimensión de lo que abarca las discapacidades y sus necesidades. Mediante entrevistas al gerente del Hotel del Parque, huéspedes discapacitados y de tercera edad se pudo lograr concretar la accesibilidad que posee el hotel. Así también, mediante encuestas realizadas a 382 personas discapacitadas y adultos mayores se logra conocer que más del 50% de los huéspedes están totalmente satisfechos con la calidad de servicio ofrecido por el hotel y su personal | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present investigation Its objective is to analyze and evaluate accessibility for people with reduced capacity at the Hotel del Parque and propose an improvement plan for the segment old people, through theoretical and reference foundation that allows identifying the appropriate measurement instrument for the research; as well as being able to diagnose the current state of accessibility. With the proper guidance of the Ministry of Tourism, Conadis, World Health Organization, that allows us to know and understand the dimension of what encompasses disabilities and their needs.
