| dc.description | INTRODUCCIÓN: La lesión de la leucoplasia oral es una manifestación por el virus del papiloma humano, sus lugares anatómicos más frecuentes son en la parte cervical y bucal. OBJETIVO: Determinar la incidencia y asociación de la leucoplasia oral en pacientes con el virus del papiloma humano en el centro de diagnóstico de patologías Dr. Rubio. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: Este estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal-retrospectivo, de carácter no experimental, de método deductivo, su universo esta dado por 20 fichas clínicas. RESULTADOS: en este artículo se demostró a que edad y sexo es más prevalente la leucoplasia en pacientes con el virus del papiloma humano y los tipos de leucoplasia para poder dar un diagnóstico correcto CONCLUSIÓN: Un mejor diagnóstico permitirá un tratamiento oportuno que podrían acarrear las consecuencias que presenta el virus del papiloma humano en la cavidad oral, para evitar la progresión de ciertas lesiones con índice alto nivel de malignidad. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The lesion of oral leukoplakia is a manifestation of the human papilloma virus, its most frequent anatomical sites are in the cervical and buccal parts. OBJECTIVE: To determine the incidence and association of oral leukoplakia in patients with the human papilloma virus at the Dr. Rubio pathology diagnostic center. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This study is of a qualitative-quantitative, descriptive, retrospective approach, of a nonexperimental nature, its universe is given by 20 clinical records. RESULTS: in this article it was demonstrated at what age and gender leukoplakia is more prevalent in patients with the human papilloma virus and the types of leukoplakia in order to give a correct diagnosis CONCLUSION: : A better diagnosis will allow timely treatment that could lead to the consequences of the human papillomavirus in the oral cavity, to prevent the progression of certain lesions with a high level of malignancy | en_US |
