| dc.description | Este proyecto engloba la pronta respuesta de los desafíos generados por las problemáticas analizadas en base al rápido crecimiento de la ciudad de Guayaquil, lo que ha llevado a que los centros comunitarios ya existentes no abarquen todos los barrios dando así como consecuencia una defciencia en la oferta de los servicios y actividades comunitarias; sin embargo se busca adaptar el proyecto a las necesidades del Barrio a intervenir, siendo así promover la cohesión social y el desarrollo integral de los residentes. Esto no quiere decir que serán las únicas problemáticas por considerar para el desarrollo del proyecto, ya que, en base a los análisis propios del terreno y su contexto, surgen estrategias formales, funcionales y socioculturales a considerar. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This project encompasses the prompt response of the challenges generated by the problems analyzed based on the rapid growth of the city of Guayaquil, which has led to the fact that existing community centres do not cover all neighbourhoods, thus leading to a lack of knowledge in the provision of community services and activities; however, the aim is to adapt the project to the needs of the Barrio to intervene, thus promoting social cohesion and the integral development of residents. This does not mean that they will be the only problems to consider for the development of the project, since, based on the analyses of the terrain and its context, formal, functional and socio-cultural strategies arise to consider. | en_US |
