Satisfacción sobre la calidad del servicio de una residencia privada de adultos mayores en la ciudad de Guayaquil en el año 2022.

Abstract

The research entitled "Satisfaction about the quality of the service of a private residence for the elderly in the city of Guayaquil in the year 2023", is a degree work framed in the social and health field, to obtain the title of Bachelor in Social Work. This article had the intention of generating knowledge about the Satisfaction of Quality of the Service that older adults receive in a private nursing home, to contribute to the development of wellness programs. For which objectives were set, the first aimed at the levels of satisfaction of the quality of service of a private residence for the elderly in the city of Guayaquil to contribute to the improvement of the quality of service. The second is to establish the dimensions that generate greater and lesser satisfaction in the Elderly regarding the quality of services to advance with the third objective and identify possible areas for improvement in the services received by the elderly identify the dimensions that generate greater and lower satisfaction in the Elderly regarding the quality of services. The study had a quantitative approach, with a sample of 35 older adults. The categories of service quality were addressed objectively and subjectively, through the Servperf model with the instrument that was used was 1 quiz.
