Abstract

The present research work called: "Measurement of the labor performance of the workers of the company Lucarz S.A. in the year 2021" has as main objective to establish the efficiency and effectiveness of the system of measurement of labor performance in the company Lucarz S. A in the year 2021; the problem where the research topic is found is written through the question "Does the measurement of labor performance allow to obtain real information about the performance of the workers of the company Lucarz S.A. in the year 2021? In addition, the objectives linked to the study are exposed, in which multiple theoretical works have been taken as reference where they emphasize methods that can be applied for the design of an efficient system of labor measurement. The population and sample is determined as the total of the workers of the company Lucarz S.A being these 30 collaborators that served for the verification and elaboration of work performance evaluations for the company that will help people to evaluate themselves in an efficient way to a better performance of the collaborators and therefore help the organization for a better performance.
