Propuesta de estrategias de comunicación efectiva y asertiva para disminuir el bullying en estudiantes de Educación General Básica Subnivel Superior.

Abstract

In education over time, different protocols have been addressed to avoid or resolve conflicts. Within social contexts, it is evident that there is a problem within all institutions, school violence, which can manifest itself in any way, in this case, bullying, being one of the aspects of violence among adolescents enacts acts verbal, physical, psychological and even sexual violence. To mediate this situation, various security programs and protocols have been created at the administrative level, when the problem must be seen from the perspective of the perpetrators, aggressors, and victims. Communication must be the constant medium between students and teachers so that it gradually decreases, putting an end to the law of silence, which is always thought to be promoted by the teaching body and it does not always happen that way. Therefore, in this methodological proposal it is intended to use assertive and effective communication strategies to reduce bullying. Assertive communication forces the subject to use the relevant words to resolve a conflict and effective communication defines the intention and effects of everything that is communicated.
