| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación es de carácter descriptivo, con un enfoque deductivo, empleando como recurso metodológico la revisión documental y bibliográfica. Esta investigación nace con la finalidad de analizar cómo está regulado el Habeas Corpus los sistemas de protección Interamericano y Nacional, también se abordará en qué consisten las diversas modalidades del Habeas Corpus a nivel Interamericano y Nacional que pueden presentarse en el cumplimiento de la normativa. Se analizarán varios aspectos fundamentales y técnicos de la aplicación de la garantía judicial del Habeas Corpus en ambos sistemas de protección. Finalmente se describirá como estos sistemas de protección han desarrollado la figura del Habeas corpus en base a un análisis jurisprudencial. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research work is descriptive in nature, with a deductive approach, using documentary and bibliographic review as a methodological resource. This research was born with the purpose of analyzing how Habeas Corpus is regulated by the InterAmerican and National protection systems, it will also address what the various modalities of Habeas Corpus consist of at the Inter-American and National level that can be presented in compliance with the regulations. Several fundamental and technical aspects of the application of the judicial guarantee of Habeas Corpus in both protection systems will be analyzed. Finally, it will be described how these protection systems have developed the figure of Habeas corpus based on a jurisprudential analysis. | en_US |
