Abstract

The project consists of 36 homes, communal areas and multifunctional green areas, parking, court, park and at the same time taking advantage of resources such as the whereabouts of buses. There are 2 modules which are: type 1 for local users and type 2 for migrant/foreign users that are composed of a vertical circulation, on the ground floor has public and semi-public areas such as the kitchen, dining room, living room, office, Private spaces such as bedrooms and living room.
