Análisis comparativo entre rendimiento, administración y tiempo de ejecución de obra utilizando la manera tradicional versus la metodología KANBAN con uso de prefabricados.

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to compare two constructions made with traditional methodology, but including metallic prefabricated, analyzing each of the methods with its advantages and disadvantages, in this case discussing which would be the most convenient or if an advantage is obtained by mixing both. In addition to including the KANBAN methodology, which aims to ensure that the assigned tasks are carried out and completed in their entirety, generating an organization in the administration so that all the activities to be carried out are placed on a visual board that allows the crews to avoid traffic jams in the work and above all to make decisions about any unforeseen change that may arise in the work or that requires the client. This project seeks to propose the best of each construction methodology, where the benefits that it could bring to the construction process can be analyzed, including performance, cost and time.
