| dc.description | El año 2020 sin duda alguna fue un periodo que nos marcaría como personas, pues no solamente nos vimos enfrentadas a una pandemia mundial que amenazaba fuertemente nuestra salud, sino que, también supuso el surgimiento de nuevas alternativas a la presencialidad en el trabajo, entre ellas el teletrabajo o trabajo remoto, modalidad que tomo fuerza en nuestro país. Sin embargo, esto no quiere decir que no existen problemáticas al respecto, y debemos reconocer que, aunque es una figura relativamente nueva en el ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano, lleva más tiempo presente de lo que creemos en otras legislaciones. De ahí que, podemos aprender de los aciertos de otros países, para garantizar una mejor implementación de dicha figura en el nuestro, tal es el caso de la problemática que gira en torno al cómputo efectivo de la jornada laboral, en donde observaremos en el desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación, la presencia de una problemática para el trabajador. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Year 2020 was undoubtedly a period that would mark us as people, because not only were we faced with a global pandemic that strongly threatened our health. But it also meant the emergence of new alternatives to face-to-face work, including teleworking or remote work. However, this does not mean that there are no problems in this regard, because although it is a relatively new figure in the Ecuadorian legal system, the truth is that it has been present longer than we think in other legislations. Hence, we can learn from the successes of other countries, to ensure a better implementation of this figure in ours, such is the case of the problem that revolves around the effective computation of the working day, where we will observe in the development of this research work, the presence of a problem for the worker. | en_US |
