| dc.description | El trabajo actual corresponde a la realización de análisis de casos clínicos basados en la teoría psicoanalítica, con el propósito de abordar y explicar los síntomas de la neurosis histérica, con real y apropiado. Se utilizan como base algunos textos psicoanalíticos que tratan de la neurosis histérica. Este análisis de caso se basa en Bertha, una mujer casada de 40 años y con hijos que vino a consultar porque era difícil establecer vínculos sociales con sus hijos, por lo que solicitó consultas más intensas y frecuentes. Se elaboró sobre ella la necesidad real: se necesita otra persona para responder a esta pregunta: qué quiere la otra persona que haga. Bertha demuestra esta necesidad de ser reconocida en las cosas que hace como el arte de los demás, que se ajustan a la estructura histérica. A partir de este análisis en el caso de Bertha, se puede derivar un diagnóstico estructural considerando cómo el sujeto afronta los síntomas relacionados con la demanda y el goce. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The current work corresponds to the realization from the analysis of clinical cases based on psychoanalytic theory, with the purpose of addressing and explaining the symptoms of hysterical neurosis, with real and appropriate. Some psychoanalytic texts dealing with hysterical neurosis are used as a basis.This case of study is based on Bertha, a 40-year-old married woman with children who came to consult because it was difficult to establish social ties with her children, so she requested more intense and frequent consultations. The real need was elaborated on it: another person is needed to answer this question: what the other person wants me to do. Bertha demonstrates this need to be recognized in the things she does as the art of others, which conforms to the hysterical structure. From this analysis in the case of Bertha, a structural diagnosis can be derived considering how the subject deals with symptoms related to demand and enjoyment. | en_US |
