Influencia del estrés en el desempeño laboral en empresas camaroneras de Guayas-Ecuador periodo 2019-2021.

Abstract

The objective of this work is to determine the influence of work stress on the performance of human resources in the ten main shrimp companies in Guayas in the period 2019-2021, in order to determine the relationship of the variables studied. It should be mentioned that data collection is limited because a field study cannot be carried out in person due to the covid-19 pandemic and not all shrimp farms are legally registered. A theoretical framework is considered that serves as a reference and support of the importance of stress and its effects on the tasks performed by workers, to obtain detailed information, the type of descriptive research was chosen, in such a way that it can be evaluated in an accurate way. clear and concise each one of the aspects considered in the development of the investigation, on the other hand, through the elaboration of surveys directed to the workers of the sector, real results of the levels of stress generated by the different situations and scenarios were obtained, in such a way that it was concluded that stress is a main factor in the returns of workers and this not only affects the same but also the company, resulting in a poor long-term result.
