Abstract

This work aims to show the existing guidelines within the country's legislation that can be implemented throughout construction projects, with this it seeks to address the constant problems that exist within the works considering that many times it tends to happen Bypassing them, exposing the safety of the personnel in charge of carrying out activities considered high risk. We must take into account that the nature of each work can vary considerably depending on both the activities that are developed and the approach presented by the technician in charge of it, since it is very different to take measures for example before activities in confined areas as to do it in work at height, considering that each of these presents different guidelines and requires personnel trained in different ways. Part of the results obtained from this work showed us that, considering the magnitude of the project, a greater interest can be seen in the management of health and safety of the same, since in the case of projects of smaller magnitude due to budget reasons, on many occasions They tend to ignore the importance of these because the percentage in relation to the entire budget can be representative. Regardless of the magnitude of the work, we seek to raise awareness of how important HSSE can be, seeking to create a broader safety culture than the one we have up to now and considering that the road could be quite long.
