| dc.description | A Ecuador y al resto del mundo el covid-19 nos dejo una de las más grandes crisis sanitarias de la historia a la que tenemos que hacerle frente como país y sociedad internacional, con ella llegaron múltiples cambios a los que todavía no nos hemos adaptado e incluso en su mayoría algunos no están siquiera en proceso, cambios que no solo nos afectan a nivel sanitario sino también a nivel económico y social. Al ser un mundo globalizado la diplomacia juega el rol más fundamental de todos los tiempos, su deber es adaptarse a la nueva normalidad, fortalecer el multilateralismo para la protección de los países menos desarrollados, trabajar la elaboración de nuevas las plataformas en línea para que así se pueda ofrecer la estabilidad, formalidad y seguridad necesarias en sus diversas plataformas, también crear nuevos protocolos para que los cuerpos diplomáticos conozcan cómo actuar en futuras problemáticas del mismo carácter. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Covid-19 left Ecuador and the rest of the world with one of the greatest health crises in history, which we have to face as a country and as an international community, with it came many changes to which we have not yet adapted and most of them are not even in process, changes that not only affect us at the sanitary level but also at the economic and social level. In a globalized world, diplomacy plays the most fundamental role of all times, its duty is to adapt to the new normality, to strengthen multilateralism for the protection of less developed countries, to work on the creation of new online platforms in order to offer the necessary stability, formality and security, and also to create new protocols so that diplomatic corps know how to act in future problems of the same nature. | en_US |
