| dc.description | Este trabajo presenta un análisis clínico del caso ‘Magdalena’. Tiene como finalidad sustentar una hipótesis diagnostica a partir de componentes teóricos psicoanalíticos. En particular, se presenta la hipótesis de una mujer con estructura neurótica con modalidad histérica. Magdalena debido a la separación de su marido, acude a consulta al no podía seguir adelante con su vida, por este gran dolor que le ocasiono la separación. En varias sesiones recalca recuerdos familiares y de su niñez, que marcaron su vida. Frente a lo traumático, ella responde idealizando al otro, con el fin de mantener su deseo y, por ende, mantener el suyo. En los tres niveles que se usan para sustentar la hipótesis, que son descriptivo, dinámico y estructural, se realiza una breve viñeta de hitos históricos que definen su vida, de cómo esto ha formulado la manera particular de saber hacer con la realidad, y como esto ha estructurado esta neurosis, respectivamente. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This work presents a clinical analysis of the ‘Magdalena’ case. Its purpose is to support a diagnostic hypothesis based on psychoanalytic theoretical components. In particular, the hypothesis of a woman with a neurotic structure with hysterical mode is presented. Magdalena, due to the separation of her husband from her, she comes to consult her because she could not continue with her life, due to this great pain that the separation from her caused. In several sessions, she emphasizes family and childhood memories of her, which marked her life. Faced with the traumatic, she responds by idealizing the other, in order to maintain her desire and, therefore, maintain his. In the three levels that are used to support the hypothesis, which are descriptive, dynamic and structural, a brief vignette of historical milestones that define his life is made, of how this has formulated the particular way of knowing how to do with reality, and how this has structured this neurosis, respectively. | en_US |
