| dc.description | La migración y los desplazamientos forzados representan fenómenos en constante ascenso que derivan de diversas crisis sociales, políticas y económicas, generando altos grados de vulnerabilidad a los derechos de quienes los protagonizan. Ante esta realidad, se torna imprescindible el compromiso de la comunidad internacional para afrontar estos desafíos, bajo parámetros de solidaridad y respeto a la garantía de los derechos humanos. El presente documento académico gira en torno al análisis de una de las principales figuras jurídicas empleadas por los Estados para reconocer determinada calidad migratoria en función de razones humanitarias. Se pretende brindar una visión panorámica del objeto, trato y aplicación de la denominada visa humanitaria en distintas legislaciones, analizando las diferencias y semejanzas entre las mismas. Este recorrido permite dilucidar la diversidad de esquemas jurídicos y políticas migratorias en diversas regiones, acentuando aquellos parámetros básicos y necesarios para una intervención apropiada y eficiente dentro del entorno global. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Migration and forced displacement represent constant rise phenomena that derive from diverse social, political and economic crises, generating high degrees of vulnerability to the human rights of those who suffer them. Given this reality, it is essential the international community commitment for face these challenges under parameters of solidarity and respect for the guarantee of human rights. This paper is based on the analysis of one of the main legal figures used by the States to recognize certain immigration qualities due to humanitarian reasons. It is intended to provide a panoramic view of the object, treatment and application of the so-called humanitarian visa in different legislations, including the analysis of the differences and similarities between them. This route makes it possible to elucidate the legal schemes and migration policies diversity in different regions, while it emphasizes all those basic and necessary parameters required for an appropriate and efficient intervention in the global environment. | en_US |
