| dc.description | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el análisis del caso “Miriam, un sostén desubicado”. El caso aborda a una paciente de 40 años, que solicita consulta de urgencia por sentirse “muy angustiada”. La paciente comenta durante las entrevistas que ella asume la carga económica de la casa, al estar su esposo sin trabajo, le impide seguir ahorrando. M realiza una queja hacia su esposo y ante la situación que le impedirá seguir ayudando a su familia. A la medida que se establece la presencia de estos Otros en la vida de la paciente, da a denotar el rasgo de hacer sostén de los mismos, en algunas ocasiones desprotegiendo al propio sujeto en su deseo. Esta posición de proteger, hacerse cargo y ayuda, establece la hipótesis que el caso trata de una estructura de neurosis histérica. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to analyze the case "Miriam, a misplaced bra." The case addresses a 40-year-old patient, who requests an urgent consultation because she feels "very distressed." The patient comments during the interviews that she assumes the economic burden of the house, since her husband is out of work, prevents her from continuing to save. M makes a complaint to her husband and the situation that will prevent her from continuing to help her family. To the extent that the presence of these Others in the patient's life is established, it denotes the trait of supporting them, sometimes depriving the subject himself in his desire.
