Abstract

The environment of collections worldwide has evolved over time, where current technological tools such as the Internet and its complements such as emails, social networks and cell phone calls have become great allies of the companies when it comes to recovering their loans, therefore, the current project has focused on the administration of the credit and accounts receivable risk that the Delcorp SA company has, for which customer surveys and interviews were conducted, finding weaknesses in the management of granting the credit and at the moment of charging, the Policy and Credit Manual was revised and modified in order to improve the situation of the company, carrying out a financial analysis in general, concluding in presenting two projects in which is calculated if the investment in both is profitable for the company or not, calculating the Net Present Value.
