Expectativas de la aplicación de la carta de intención del FMI en la gestión de las Pymes constructoras de obras de ingeniería civil en Guayaquil, 2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to raise awareness of the expectations that entrepreneurs have of construction SMEs civil engineering work, Guayaquil, 2019, with respect to the implementation of the Letter of Intent of the IMF. To achieve this, a quantitative methodological analysis was carried out, with a type of descriptive and correlational research. The surveys are used as a tool for gathering information. Exogenous variables are considered to be those measures stipulated and / or applied in the IMF's Letter of Intent and as an endogenous variable, expectations are considered in the management of construction SMEs of civil engineering works in Guayaquil, 2019. Within the theoretical framework, the main theories on business expectations are presented considering expectation as a determinant of investment. Similarly, theories are presented on the IMF's Letter of Intent, considering its measures and the evolution of its economic thinking. Based on an analysis of results, it is obtained that for the following year, there will be a medium - low investment with respect to business expectations, this is done through a Logit statistical model, which was statistically significant.
