| Resumen : | The present investigation Evaluation and implementation of an ERP based on free software for the management of operations of the CHERBIS Ice Cream chain is aimed at the evaluation, selection and implementation of the best ERP alternative based on free software for the CHERBIS SME, creating a bank of tests with their respective metrics for the evaluation of each of the participating alternatives through the proposed selection model. The study and analysis of the selection models MERPAP and AHP (Hierarchical Analytical Process) allowed the creation of a hybrid model, which is divided into 4 stages: Planning, selection, evaluation and negotiation, the same one that evaluated the participating ERP: Odoo ERP, Dolibarr ERP and ERPNext. The proposed selection model could determine that the best option for the SMER CHERBIS is Odoo ERP, which was implemented with the modules required by the customer: the point of sale module, the inventory module and the billing module. |
| Descripción : | La presente investigación Evaluación e implementación de un ERP basado en software libre para la gestión de operaciones de la cadena de Heladerías CHERBIS tiene como objetivo la evaluación, selección e implementación de la mejor alternativa ERP basada en software libre para la pyme CHERBIS, creando un banco de pruebas con sus respectivas métricas para la evaluación de cada una de las alternativas participantes a través del modelo de selección propuesto. El estudio y análisis de los modelos de selección MERPAP y AHP (Proceso analítico jerárquico) permitió la creación de un modelo hibrido, el cual está dividido en 4 etapas: Planeación, selección, evaluación y negociación, el mismo que evaluó las ERP participantes: Odoo ERP, Dolibarr ERP y ERPNext. El modelo de selección propuesto pudo determinar que la mejor opción para la pyme CHERBIS es Odoo ERP, la cual se procedió a implementar con los módulos requeridos por el cliente: el módulo de punto de ventas, el módulo de inventario y el módulo de facturación. |
