| dc.description | La profesionalización de la Liga Deportiva de Fútbol en nuestro país es algo completamente nuevo para nuestra sociedad, la creación de este ente regulador no tiene más de dos años de nacimiento y, con ella promete traer nuevos auges de crecimiento tanto jurídico como económico, social y deportivo. En nuestro país los clubes profesionales de futbol fueron constituidos bajo la figura de fundación sin fin de lucro, las cuales tenían como objetivo fomentar el deporte mediante la integración social de sus comunidades. Mientras que al otro lado del continente, en Europa, los clubes más grandes del mundo, llevan años innovando hacia el futuro, desde que adoptaron la medida de transformarse a Sociedades Anónimas Deportivas (SAD), la cual brinda una serie de beneficios que protegen la seguridad jurídica de la sociedad anónima y brinda responsabilidad solidaria y social a quienes ejercen la administración de estas. Es por esto que la presente investigación tiene por finalidad verificar, demostrar y explicar la forma en la cual se debería aplicar la sociedad anónima deportiva en nuestro país, mediante la aplicación del derecho societario como herramienta principal para lograrlo. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The professionalization of the “Liga Deportiva de Fútbol” in our country is some of the newest thing in sports among our society, the creation of this institution has no longer than two years of creation and with it the clubs of our country which to aspire new booms of economic, social, sports and legal growth. In our nation the professional soccer clubs were constituted under the figure of nonprofit foundation, which were aimed to promote sport through the social integration of communities. While in the other side of the continent, in Europe, the biggest soccer clubs of the world, have been innovating for years, sinc they adopted the legal institution of “Sociedad Anónima Deportiva (SAD)”, which provides a series of benefits that protects the legal security of the corporation and gives legal responsibility to the people that manage them. Those are some of the reasons this investigation is purposed to verify, probe and explain the way how it could be apply in our country, through the application of the corporate law as the main way to achieve it. | en_US |
