| dc.description | El presente documento académico tiene por objeto identificar el la finalidad de las incautaciones realizadas por la ex Agencia de Garantías de Depósito de acuerdo a la normativa; a fin de determinar si las empresas incautadas deben ser consideradas como empresas privadas o empresas públicas y así determinar cuálsería la normativa legal y el régimen laboral aplicable a dichas empresas incautadas.
