Todas las Garantías Jurisdiccionales determinadas en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador son para la protección de cada uno de los derechos que tiene el ciudadano, con el objeto de proteger su integridad física, derecho de libertad y a la vida. Entre ellas tenemos Acción de Protección, de Hábeas Corpus, de Acceso a la Información Pública, de Hábeas Data, Por Incumplimiento; y, Acción Extraordinaria de Protección. | en_US |
