Abstract

This project is aimed at solving the problem of the payment process of aliquots and vehicle barrier control in the Colina del Sol urbanization, the same that to carry out this process has a system implemented a few years ago and that is not integrated with the one used for the vehicular barrier, process that must be done manually. For this reason, it is proposed to implement a web system for registration of aliquot payments for the automation of vehicle access control, which will be integrated with the existing one. For the project, qualitative, descriptive and field research was used, using the interview as a data collection technique, the same one that was done to the administrative staff of the urbanization. From the data collection to the informants, the way to carry out the manual process of aliquot payment records and the activation of the vehicular barrier was known, knowing that it is necessary to update and automate the process for better administrative management and better service to the users. The application was implemented and it was verified that it allowed the registration of payments with its integration into the validation system of access cards. After the project, conclusions and recommendations were presented.
