Propuesta para la elaboración y comercialización de muebles polifuncionales en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The proposal for "The elaboration and commercialization of polyfunctional furniture in the city of Guayaquil", is based on the fact that currently the construction companies optimize space and resources so that the people who inhabit houses or departments have as priority to take advantage of the space available in the main groups residential. The objective is to establish the feasibility and feasibility in the creation of a company dedicated to the creation of multifunctional furniture, in addition to describing contextual and legal information in the formation of the organization, This involves assessing the acceptance by the target market and at the same time the support in the market, considering an economic and financial study that allows to determine the viability. The methodology is qualitative and quantitative, using an exploratory method in the management of furniture made in other international institutions, considering the work applied in the city of Guayaquil, a descriptive method is developed by placing us in the place of the facts, where there is a scheme of optimism and innovation, that through the survey and interview the interest for the design and adaptation of the polyfunctional furniture is glimpsed. The investment required for this proposal is $ 47179 and a NPV of $ 46001, 76 and an IRR of 55, 29% was obtained with which it is concluded that this proposal is viable.
