Bertha : Lo que (re)suena en el silencio.

Abstract

The present work corresponds to the realization of the clinical case analysis taking as reference to the psychoanalytic theory, with the purpose of approaching and explaining the symptoms, the way of doing with the real and the own enjoyment of the hysterical neurosis. They are based on some psychoanalytic texts that deal with hysterical neurosis. This case analysis is based on Bertha, a forty-year-old woman, married and with children, who comes to consultation because of the difficulty in making a social bond with her children, from this she asks that the sessions be more intense and recurrent. Through this petition, she can elaborate her true demand: needing someone else to answer the question: what does the other want from me? Bertha presents this need for approval in the things she does for the art of another, things proper to the hysterical structure. Based on this analysis carried out in the Bertha case, a structural diagnosis can be reached taking into consideration how the subject deals with the symptom in relation to the demand and enjoyment.
