Abstract

The present work has as objective to realize the economic and financial feasibility for the construction of the "REFF HOTEL", in the population of General Villamil Playas, as an offer to generate the tourist, financial, economic development and mainly to generate sources of income for population, as well as generating sources of employment, whether direct or indirect. Our goal is to become one of the most visited hotel options in the region, considering the place and as a potential space for our vision are the extensive and lush beaches that the area has, also counting on the different places of attraction that makes this population has places of entertainment for national and foreign tourists, which we are sure will take a pleasant memory that will make repeat past stays. We do not forget also the executives and workers who need rest, since a good work climate brings greater productivity According to the economic financial part, our project was carried out with a serious market study, applying calculations and responsible statistics that show us that This project is viable in its study and construction. For this, we considered the great contribution of the shareholders as their own capital and an important bank loan, from where we started our study, considering that the feasibility of it is very interesting and obtaining a very important profitability.
