Abstract

Legal security is a congenital right to the citizens of a nation. This states that each individual has guarantees granted by the State that ensure that their person, rights and property will not be violated. The notion of legal insecurity points to the opposite: the loss of fundamental rights of individuals. For its part, power is a power that a person or institution grants to another to act on their behalf, which also has a certain validity as stipulated in legal bodies. In the context of the validity of these powers, legal uncertainty could also represent a threat that deserves attention. Against this background, an investigation that, through its theoretical, bibliographic and legal sustenance, addresses these issues is essential.
