| dc.description | En el presente trabajo se detalla los elementos de la red que conforman la plataforma IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) y como interactúa mediante el protocolo SIP (Protocolo de Inicio de sesión) con otras plataformas existentes como es la NGN, para de esta manera poder mantener los altos niveles del QoS (Calidad de servicio) además se muestra la manera en que se enlazan las llamadas dentro de las diferentes capas que interactúan dentro de esta nueva plataforma. Se indica en detalle cómo esta nueva plataforma integra los diferentes servicios IP y como ello ayudara a mantener precios razonables y ejercer una competencia sana con las empresas que integraran sus servicios a IMS. Se explicara en detalle los fundamentos en que se basa el IMS, el funcionamiento de esta Plataforma, Interacción con otras plataformas y algunos ejemplos de su utilización. Se examinará el tráfico de llamadas que maneja la NGN así como los nodos y centrales que actualmente operan bajo esta plataforma y el beneficio que se obtendrá al migrarlos a IMS. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present work, the elements of the network that make up the IMS platform (IP Multimedia Subsystem) and how it interacts through the SIP protocol (Session Initiation Protocol) with other existing platforms such as the NGN are detailed in order to maintain the high levels of QoS (Quality of service) also shows the way in which calls are linked within the different layers that interact within this new platform. It is indicated in detail how this new platform integrates the different IP services and how it will help maintain reasonable prices and exercise healthy competition with the companies that integrate their services to IMS. The fundamentals on which the IMS is based, the operation of this Platform, interaction with other platforms and some examples of its use are taught in detail. It will analyze the call traffic handled by the NGN as well as the nodes and exchanges that currently operate under this platform and the benefit that will be obtained when migrating them to IMS. | en_US |
